Make an animated GIF from a series of images. The order is the order of the list, and since rows can be dragged, reordering frames is a matter of moving them.
Frames are fitted into a shared canvas, centred and undistorted, so mixing images of different sizes does not make the animation jump about.

- Why is it so heavy?
- Because GIF is a format from the 1980s: lossless, limited to 256 colours and with no compression between frames. Drop the width, trim the palette or use fewer frames.
- What frame duration should I use?
- 100 ms is ten images per second, which looks smooth without blowing up the weight. Below 20 ms many browsers impose their own minimum anyway.
- What does “play backwards at the end” do?
- It appends the frames in reverse, so the animation goes out and back instead of jumping abruptly when it loops.
